中文摘要:在“全域旅游”政策全覆盖的背景下,为寻求城市型风景名胜地游憩资源与游憩吸引力之间的科学性关联,提升其游憩生态体系的综合效能,以上海佘山地区为例,基于城市居民的游憩需求导向,采用因子分析法构建城市型风景名胜地游憩吸引力评价指标结构层次,筛选出6个维度的影响因子,并运用结构方程模型法(Structure Equation Modeling,SEM)构建游憩吸引机制模型;同时,针对模型测度和指标评价的结果,归纳出城市型风景名胜地规划与资源保育的重点建设方向,以期为城市近郊游憩资源及场所的管理和规划提供科学的引导与借鉴。

Research on the recreational attraction mechanism of scenic spots based on SEM —A case study of Shanghai Sheshan area
Abstract:Under the background of full-covered “Holistic Tourism” in China,in order to seek the scientific relationship between recreational resources of urban scenic spots and its attractiveness,Shanghai Sheshan area was taken as an example to construct evaluation system based on the guidance of urban residents' recreational needs.Factor Analysis method was used to construct the framework of evaluation index system for recreational attractiveness of urban scenic spots.Six dimensions of influencing factors were screened out to build the model of recreational attraction mechanism by Structure Equation Modeling method(SEM).Also,constructions and resource conservation of urban scenic spots will be put forward according to the results of model measurement,which is aimed at providing scientific guidance and reference for planning and managing the recreation resources in urban areas.
