短时冷热刺激对夏季和早春甜瓜幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响

中文摘要:以网纹甜瓜(Cucumis melo.L)品种‘网路’为试材,研究了以冷、温水灌溉和冷、热空气处理对夏季和早春甜瓜幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,在夏季育苗时,短时的冷空气和冷水灌溉可以降低甜瓜幼苗株高,提高幼苗茎粗、根冠比和壮苗指数,其中经15 ℃冷空气处理3次(10 min/次)和10 ℃冷水处理9次的甜瓜苗壮苗指数分别比对照高373%和105%。而在早春育苗时,短时的热空气和热水灌溉可有效提高幼苗的茎粗、根冠比和壮苗指数,且可提高幼苗抗氧化酶活性,其中经30 ℃热空气处理6次(30 min/次)、35 ℃热水处理6次、35 ℃热水处理9次和40 ℃热水处理9次的甜瓜苗壮苗指数分别比对照高140%、82.3%、82.3%和73.9%。

Effects of short time cold or warm shock on growth and antioxidant system of muskmelon seedlings in summer and early spring
Abstract:Effects of cold or warm shocks on the growth of muskmelon(Cucumis melo.L) cultivar ‘Wanglu’ were evaluated to explore new approaches for improving the quality and efficiency of muskmelon seedling production.Results showed that short time cold air or water shocks in summer reduced the height of melon seedlings and increased the stem diameter and root-shoot ratio.The seedling indices of the plants under 15 ℃cold air shock for 3 times(10 minutes per time) and 10 ℃cold water shock for 9 times increased by 375% and 105%,respectively.In early spring,short time hot air or water shocks effectively increased the stem diameter,root-shoot ratio,seedling index and activity of antioxidant enzymes of the plants.The seedling indices of the plants under 30 ℃ warm air treatment for 6 times(30 minutes per time) and warm water treatments at 35 ℃for 6 times,35 ℃ for 9 times and 40 ℃ for 9 times increased by 150% 82.3%、82.3%、73.9%,respectively.In conclusion,hot shock in early spring and cold shock in summer are beneficial to improve the quality of melon seedlings.
